Thought Pad

As we are slowly hitting a sizable number of days in this uncertain and indefinite quarantine,
we must have slowly begun to feel the effects of this worldwide lock down.
Both tough and gruesome, as well as educative and self reflective.
The Corona pandemic is teaching us a lot.
It is teaching us the importance of our responsibility to not just ourselves, but our family, our community, our country and the world.
It is showing us the consequences of neglecting the outcome of our actions.
It has begun to show us why we need to stop/limit the ongoing craze of exploitation.
We have begun to realize how important simple people like our house keeping and delivery boys are, in keeping our lives functioning normally.
Our over dependence on such people, Our lack of respect for odd job professions and Our social bias towards them is under scrutiny.
While most of us have begun managing our workarounds during these times, our routines and lifestyles are going through an unprecedented change. Something that will surely teach us so much.
To be considerate and responsible rather than greedy and careless.
To restart being more human than machine.
